Jorge Santiago

President and CEO

Jorge Santiago has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Milford Bank since July 2024, following nearly two decades of leadership with the organization. Since joining the bank in 2005, he has held several key positions, including Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer, helping to guide the bank’s growth while maintaining its strong commitment to community banking.

A graduate of Bowdoin College and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Santiago brings more than 30 years of banking experience to his role. He is also deeply involved in the community, supporting organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of Milford, Bridges Healthcare and the Emme Coalition.

His dedication to community service has earned him numerous honors, including the Paul Harris Fellow Award, Champion of Youth recognition, and the Connecticut Yankee Council Good Scout Award.
