Under the direct supervision of the President of The Milford Bank, this role manages, maintains, and develops personal financial services and wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial advice and investment strategies aligned with their goals.
This position requires a working knowledge of Bank products and services to deliver exceptional service, meet customer needs, and maintain customer files in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures, legal and regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction standards.
Under the direction of the VP and Branch Administrator, the Branch Manager oversees the daily activity of the assigned branch, ensuring efficient customer service and effective branch operations. The Branch Manager is expected to perform all responsibilities in a courteous, professional, and ethical manner while following the Bank’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Branch operations: Organizes and coordinates ongoing branch activities to support efficient, accurate, and effective service delivery.
- Customer service: Promotes professional customer experience and ensures service is delivered accurately and consistently.
- Compliance and ethics: Adheres to all applicable Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Training and development: Successfully completes initial and ongoing training programs, including online courses, to maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant topics as determined by the Bank.
In this position, you will, resolve customer questions, complaints and requests via the telephone or e-mail in conformance with established policies, procedures and guidelines. Requires a working knowledge of Bank products and services to provide optimum service and effectively meet customer needs. Initiates opportunities to identify unmet customer financial needs and offers solutions that will benefit the customer. Successful candidates will need to complete initial and on-going training programs, including on-line courses, to maintain a comprehensive understanding of pertinent topics as the Bank deems necessary from time to time.
In this role, you will originate mortgage and consumer loans and perform a wide range of administrative duties in support of the Mortgage Origination Department in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures. Successful candidates will need to complete initial and on-going training programs including on-line courses to maintain comprehensive understanding of pertinent topics as the Bank deems necessary from time to time.
In this position, you will provide friendly, efficient customer service, processing transactions, answering customer questions, and helping customers with account inquiries. Tellers must follow bank policies, procedures and guidelines to prevent fraud and minimize the potential for loss. Candidates must successfully complete initial and on-going training programs, including on-line courses, to maintain a comprehensive understanding of pertinent topics as the Bank deems necessary from time to time.
