Wall leads the Bank’s technology operations, cybersecurity strategy, and information security program. Since joining the Bank in 2003, Dave has played a key role in supporting and strengthening the organization’s technology and security initiatives while helping guide the Bank through an evolving digital and cybersecurity landscape.

He is responsible for protecting the Bank’s systems, customer information, and technology infrastructure while supporting secure and reliable banking operations. Dave oversees cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, vendor risk management, business continuity planning, and technology modernization initiatives across the organization to strengthen the Bank’s security posture and ensure alignment with industry and regulatory expectations.

With extensive experience in banking technology and information security, Dave focuses on balancing operational efficiency, risk management, and digital resilience in an increasingly complex threat environment.
